When Osweiler arrived in Houston, he was viewed as the franchise quarterback that could finally lead the Texans to a Super Bowl or an AFC Championship Game. Garrett is big, fast and strong, and he has the fiery attitude the Browns need to change the defense.
Brown also suggested that Cleveland won't trade down after dealing the No. 2 overall pick in 2016.

No college will have more prospects attending than LSU with running back Leonard Fournette, safety Jamal Adams and cornerback Tre'Davious White.
