People has named the 49-year-old actress the Most Beautiful Woman in the World for its May 1 issue.
The actress was just 23 years old when she first won the title, coming fresh off her career making role in Pretty Woman.
People Magazine's annual "Most Beautiful Woman" title was issued this morning, and the honor went to none other than Julia Roberts for the year of 2017.
Julia is ahead of her BFF George Clooney in the Most Beautiful department, as he's only been "Sexiest Man Alive' twice". Roberts is more than just a "Pretty Woman". What's the criteria that People magazine uses for determining the most lovely person in the world?
She joked that she would be teasing her A-list pal about her victory, telling the magazine: "I'm going to mention that in my Christmas card to the Clooneys this year".
Literally no one else on the planet can say he's married to the five-time Most Beautiful Woman in the World.
This Twitter reaction to Roberts being considered handsome at the ripe old age of 49 years old really speaks to that, in my opinion.
Roberts was first awarded this title 26 years ago and now holds the record for Most Beautiful honors over any other person recognized by the magazine.
"They all have a very keen sense of humor", Roberts says.
"She's better looking now than she ever has been", he added.
Roberts tells PEOPLE style and beauty director Andrea Lavinthal that her kids' fashion sensibilities are all evolving differently.
"Pretty Woman" has once more received a description upgrade.
Though she's had quite the illustrious career over the past two decades, Julia says, "I think I'm now peaking".
Together with Danny Moder, Ms. Roberts is a parent to a son, Henry Daniel, who is 9½ years old and her 12-year-old twin daughters Hazel and Phinnaeus.
